Let me talk about the culture shock experience.

I still remember the Japanese television drama influenced me when I was a childhood.

On the one hand, the leading actor was described in the workhard, warmheart and ideal person in the story. And sometimes the role strives for his or her life is encourage to brave me to face difficulties. Also, the role was the idol in my heart.

On the other hand, there are some interesting storyline in the Japanese television drama. For example, the history of Tokugawa shogun, the inspirational story and so on. It is very significative and funny in the story.

In general, although Japan did some mistakes before, I think the Japanese culture is attractive and educational.

Cosmetic Surgery should be banned (team work)

Our team contain that Cosmetic Surgery should be banned. There are some reasons for the topic.

Firstly, it is the high risk when woman has an operation. For example, some ladies to do the breast operation, however, it is 

harmful chemicals in the breast, such as the Silica gel.

Further more, it is unfair for the nature beauty. For instance, in some beauty competition, the artificial woman sometimes is better than the nature woman. And there is not only a gimmick, but is to lie to the public. 

Finally, some people is addicted to the plastic operation. By way of illustration Michael Jackson changes the skin colour, and he do the operation every years because his addiction. At the end, he die of cancer.

Nowadays, in many developing cities, huge symbolical shopping centers have been established. This aspect is relevant to the change of the consumerism from the evolution of spending pattern. Since the Industrial Revolution, mass production has emerged, for this reason many saleable products were able to attract people with their reasonable price.

It seemed a valuable development in consumers market, however unpredictable problems occurred coincidentally. The one of the problems was the gulf between the wealthy and the poor. Thus, the government is trying to narrow the gap in both, but this issue does not be solved easily. As a result, in several cities, protesters who against capitalism are shown frequently.

In addition, from the evolution of spending pattern, on-line business was appeared. Of course this new business tends to have beneficial elements in consumers market, but also has weakness. Many people might lose the chance to get a job because of expansion of on-line business. So the governments in some countries, canceled making a new policies that may give advantages to on-line-sellers, and after that numerous on-line-sellers started to be uncooperative to government.

In this report, it is a significant task for the interviewees when they have to get the job. And the bad treatment and low salary led to  lose a ability person balance in the market. Consequently, it become a hot topic of the town.Such as the government scandals, what is injurious the individual,are all around the city.
